Are you a passionate and creative chef with a strong background in kosher cuisine? Do you have a love for crafting delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining the highest standards of kosher food preparation? If so, we want you to join our team!Responsibilities:• In collaboration with the Head Chef and Owner create a diverse and exciting kosher menu.• Direct and demonstrate for the kitchen team the preparation and cooking of all dishes on the menu and ensure all food preparation and cooking processes comply with kosher dietary laws.• Manage your area of the kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and dishes into the menu.&nbsp;Requirements:• Proven experience as a chef in a kosher kitchen at least 1 year.• Relevant Diploma level qualification, or at least 3 years of relevant chef experience can substitute, if there is no qualification.• Deep understanding of kosher dietary laws and certification processes.• Strong leadership and management skills.• Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.&nbsp;Benefits:• Competitive salary and potential for bonuses.
