Includes late nights and weekends.</li><li>Proven ability to prepare a diverse range of dishes in a commercial kitchen;</li><li>Sound knowledge of food hygiene, WHS, and HACCP principles;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and within a team in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Good communication and time management skills.</li></ul>
