<h3>The Opportunity </h3>
We are looking for an OHS Manager to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams on a part time basis (0.6 FTE). 
In this role you will lead the development and implementation of occupational health and safety strategies, for both physical and psychological health, across our organisation. 
As our OHS Manager you will: 
<ul>
<li>Lead OHS strategy across our business, ensuring legislative compliance and a strong safety culture for both physical and psychological safety </li>
<li>Oversee OHS incident investigations, trend analysis, and corrective actions to continuously improve physical and psychological safety </li>
<li>Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work  </li>
<li>Develop and maintain OHS policies, training programs, and reporting for executive, Board, and regulatory bodies </li>
<li>Build relationships across the organisation to embed safety practices </li>
<li>Support policy development, reporting, and OHS‑related metrics, ensuring legislative and organisational requirements are met </li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills &amp; Experience </h3>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an OHS Advisory role  </li>
<li>Demonstrated OHS / Injury Management experience working in diverse and complex operating environments  </li>
<li>Experience delivering OHS / Injury Management projects and strategic initiatives </li>
<li>Proven ability to coach and guide People Leaders  </li>
<li>Comfort working autonomously while being part of a small, collaborative team </li>
<li>Relevant qualifications in OHS or a related discipline (desirable) </li>

This one is about getting tech change adopted—with clear plans, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivery that holds up in a live business environment. We’re recruiting a Change Manager to join an established Transformation &amp; Change function, reporting to the Head of Transformation and Change. You’ll lead change activity across major IT initiatives (systems, process uplift, operating rhythm changes), ensuring the business is ready, supported, trained and genuinely adopting what’s being delivered.This suits someone who can work across executives, SMEs and delivery teams, and translate “project language” into what people actually need to know and do.
What you’ll do

<li>Lead end-to-end change management for IT-enabled programs (technology + process + ways of working)</li>
<li>Complete stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, readiness reviews and risk identification</li>
<li>Build practical change plans covering communications, training, engagement and adoption

<li>Partner with project teams to align change activities to the delivery plan and key milestones</li>
